The home sits on 3 acres of wooded land and backs onto the Atlantic Ocean and a private beach. The River Hills Golf and Country Club is located 20 minutes away, and grocery/liquor stores, boutique shops and restaurants can be found in nearby Barrington Passage (15 minutes by car) and historic Shelburne (30 minutes by car).
