Wood floors, garden, quiet. 3 minutes to Valdebernardo-subway/tube, several buses which go right to the center (bus or subway will put you central in about 15 minutes), underground parking, elevator, good seafood and other restaurants nearby, walking distance from Ahorramas (excellent supermarket with the works), and if traveling around Spain the major train station and highways are not too far away (thus avoiding city center traffic). In short, a gem tucked right next to the center without the central hassles.
