The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a pre-war walk up. It is the top floor with high ceilings & roof top access.
The apartment is very bright and airy with windows in every room. Everything in the apartment is brand new as it was renovated in March 2011.
We have a 1 bedroom apartment with a full size bed that fits 2 as well as a sofa that opens up into a queen size bed.
Our kitchen also has a table that fits 4.
We have internet, cable, air conditioning, and all the essentials.

We are in the central location for everything and anything that you would want to do in NYC. We are close enough to walk to Union Square (which is only a few blocks away), SoHo, NoHo, West Village & Greenwich Village.
Our neighborhood is known as "Eat Village", there are many restaurants around us, and Thompson Square park is only 2 blocks away.
We are literally 10 minutes from 34th Street where you will find everything and also 15 minutes from Times Sq.
We are right next to the L train First Avenue stop. Only one stop away from Brooklyn, Williamsburg which is growing into its own with wonderful restaurants, parks and parties.
It is a great Location.
