Je propose d'échanger mon petit appartement de 25m² à Montparnasse à Paris à 10min des Champs Elysées en métro.<br />
Il est chaleureux et convivial, se trouve dans un quartier sympa avec différents commerces, à 2 pas du métro PERNETY.<br />
Il est prévu pour 2 personnes, il y a un canapé lit, un cuisine séparée, une petite entrée, une salle de bain avec baignoire et un eptit balcon.<br />

Je cherche à échanger mon studio contre l'équivalence à New York, au centre de Manhattan, proche de Central Park.<br />
Je suis de nature ordonnée et soigneuse, je cherche donc une personne comme moi pour venir habiter chez moi pour les vacances!<br />

I suggest exchanging my small apartment of 25m ² to Montparnasse in Paris in 10min Champs Elysees in subway.<br />
He is warm and friendly, is in a nice district with various businesses, in 2 steps of the subway PERNETY.<br />
It is foreseen for 2 persons, there is a sofa reads, a separate kitchen, a small entrance, a bathroom with bathtub and a small balcony.<br />

I try to exchange my studio for the equivalence in New York, in the center of Manhattan, close to Central Park.<br />
I can orderly and careful, I thus look for a person as for me to come to live at home for the holidays!
