I live on 120 square meters above the rooftops of Berlin-Kreuzberg - you will love the view over the rooftops and into the sky. My loft on the 5th floor of an old Berlin building offers a super view of Viktoriapark/Kreuzberg. The large south-facing terrace with lots of plants is a great place to sit. Cooking sessions with friends are a real pleasure in the well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven and large work surface. The public transport connections are excellent: the apartment is located between Mehringdamm subway station (two subway lines) and Yorkstraße S-Bahn station (two S-Bahn lines), and there are also good bus connections to City West and Ostbahnhof.
You can be at Potsdamer Platz in 10 minutes by bike and at the Brandenburg Gate in 15 minutes.

L’environnement
Near enough and far off enough: I live in a quiet side street with no through traffic. It's only a 5-6 minute walk and you're in Kreuzberg's Bergmannkiez with lots of small stores, super nice cafés and restaurants in every price range and for every taste. The nearest movie theater is just a five-minute walk away. Viktoriapark with its waterfall and views over the city is just a 3-4 minute walk away, and Gleisdreieckpark with its great children's playgrounds and lots of open space is about 7 minutes away.
