We are coming to NYC and would love to swap our studio in Paris, ideally in downtown Manhattan or Brooklyn, for this summer (26 Jun- 25 September 2009).<br />
Located in the 10th district of Paris, 2 min walking from canal Saint Matin. <br />
Very easy commute: tube station, buses, public bicycles, only 30 sec. walking from the flat, and 5 minutes to the Gare du Nord (direct connection with both Paris' airports).<br />
Lively area, convenient stores, bars, restaurants etc...<br />
It's a cosy studio recently redecorated, fully furnished and equipped. <br />
Size: 33 m2 + 4m2 terrace - 2nd floor, elevator
