agréable maison de ville en brique rouge entièrement renovée. Décoration moderne. elle dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour accueillir une famille avec enfants (équipement bébé si besoin).
nous sommes à 5-10minutes en voiture de Paris, ou accés par le métro à 5 minutes à pied de la maison.
ville agréable, calme tout en étant proche de toutes les commodités pour visiter Paris.
la superficie est d'environ 150m2 répartie sur : un sous sol aménagée avec petit salon marocain, frigo, buanderie ; rez de chaussée avec grand salon, salle à manger et cuisine américaine entièrement équipée, 1 wc ; au 1e étage 2 chambres (dont une d'enfant), une salle de bain avec baignoire + douche, 1 wc ; 2e étage : une pièce d'environ 20 m2 avec lit 2 places

Attractive renovated townhouse with private garden near Paris
Our house is newly renovated, mostly new furniture and in beautiful condition. It consists of a ground floor with a spacious living-room (40 m²) opening onto a terrace and garden (150m²) and a fully-equipped kitchen. On the first floor: 1 comfortable and spacious bedroom and a baby's bedroom, a big bathroom with bath, double washbasin and an Italian shower. On the 2nd floor:a room (guest room with a personal office ) of about 30m2 containing a two place sofa. We also have a basement containing a laundry with washing machine and an oriental lounge (direct access to the garden). Our house is situated 5 minutes from the subway which connects to Paris in 15 minutes. We are near shops and other conveniences. You can walk or cycle on the banks of the Marne and Seine rivers and in the nearby very large park/wood, the Bois de Vincennes. (We are also only 25 minutes from Disneyland Paris). We are looking for an exchange anywhere in the world but our only imperative is that the accommodation be situated centrally, close to public transport and shops. Our family is made up of two adults and a lovely 2-year-old girl who will also be taking part in this adventure. We are looking for respon
