Less than 2 hours to NYC, less than one hour to the state capitol of Albany. 45 minutes to Cooperstown, NY, the Baseball Hall of Fame. Less than an hour to Albany International and Stewart International Airports. Minutes from 4 different ski resorts, including, Belleayre, Plattekill, Hunter and Windham. Minutes from various golf courses. Spring and Fall festivals occur throughout the year. Belleayre Beach offers summer fun and the town of Phonecia offers tubing down the Esopus River, only 20 minutes away. Quaint shops, antiques, farms, hiking and biking trails, quadding and snow mobiling close-by. Summer Music Festival at Belleayre Mountain June through August. Get away from it all, but be close enough to see it all in a short car ride.
