Soy profesor de la universidad de Granada. Este verano voy a estar en Londres desde el 15 de julio hasta el 31 de agosto, con mi hija de 11 años.<br />
Me gustaría intercambiar mi casa en la playa, en la provincia de Málaga, por un apartamento en el centro de Londres, próximo a Hyde Park.<br />
Mi casa es muy bonita. Es prácticamente nueva y está bien amueblada. Dispone de todos los electrodomésticos; de piscina comunitaria, y plaza de garaje. Está situada a escasos 100 metros de la línea de playa.<br />

I am professor of the University of Granada. This summer I am going to be in London from the 15 of July to the 31 of August, with my daughter of 11 years.<br />
I would like to interchange my house in the beach, in the province of Málaga, by an apartment in the centre of London, next to Hyde Park.<br />
My house is very pretty. She is practically new and well it is furnished. It has all the household-electric ones; of communitarian swimming pool, and seat of garage. It is located to little 100 meters of the line of beach.
