Come experience the peace and beauty of nature at our beautiful lake house in Bellingham, Washington!<br />
<br />
Quaint and rustic Bellingham, home to various well-sized colleges, art museums, and retail plazas is best known for its extensive outdoor recreation.<br />
<br />
In Bellingham lies Larrabee State Park (very popular for hiking), Lake Padden (popular for swimming, fishing, golfing, jet skiing, sailing, and tubing), Lake Samish, and Lake Whatcom. Lake Samish is right where our cozy home is located.<br />
<br />
Be forewarned- Bellingham is not a place where people come to shop or hit the bars. It is a place for those who are looking to spend some time with nature's elements and who enjoy recreations such as hiking, swimming, canoeing, barbeque,kayaking, cliff jumping, snowboarding, etc.<br />
<br />
A hidden gem with respect to our location is that there is a secret spot right by the house - located within Whatcom Lake Park - where locals go for a 200-feet free fall jump into a local watering hole!<br />
<br />
Our home is one of the few houses that are located right on the lakefront. As seen in the photo depicted above, you can literally walk into our backyard and dip your toes into the crisp Lake Samish water.<br />
<br />
In addition to having easy access to the town of Bellingham, we are also only a 10 minute drive away from the Bellingham Airport where there are shuttles that will take you to Vancouver, BC or Seattle, WA within an hour.<br />
<br />
Within the house, you will have access to 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed and the other with a full sized bed), a full bathroom, kitchen (with stove, microwave, refrigerator, etc), and a living room (equip with television and high-speed internet as well as a foosball table). We also have a fire pit and some barbecue equipment for those warm summer nights.<br />
