We live in an old-fashioned 2 floor-house dating back to the 1920s. In this house, there are 3 large flats. We live on the 1st floor. Our flat is composed of a very large reception hall, a double living room, a separate all-equiped kitchen, 1 bedroom (double bed) w/ a bathroom, 2 other rooms for our children (we can put up 3 people), and another separate bathroom, 2 toilets. There is a garden around the house which belong to us and our 2 neighbours. We have a private car park and a yellow 2 CV available for who knows how to drive her ! You can also park in the street for free and easily. We are in the most expensive district of Marseilles, next to buses and 10 mns away from the metro. You are also close to the sea, 15 mns' walk or 3 mns by bus. The town center and the shops are also close, 10ms by metro. In the house, we have central heating, reverse air-conditionning, alarm. I don't know what to say more... You open and close the garage with a beep, it's very convenient. In case you have a maid with you, we can put her up upstairs, on the 3rd floor, where we have a spare room for ours (who would come with us), all equiped (double bed, shower, toilets).
